These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided by Nice Property Care. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Nice Property Care provides the following services to residential and commercial clients:

  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Window Cleaning
  • Pressure Washing
  • Lawn Mowing & Garden Care
  • Solar Panel Cleaning
  • Landscaping & Garden Design
  • Rubbish Removal & Site Clean-Up
  • General Home Maintenance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Quotes

  • All service bookings are subject to availability.
  • Free quotes are provided based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions.
  • We may request access to the site before confirming larger jobs.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, EFT, or card payments (via secure platform).
  • For regular or contract-based services, invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
  • Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
  • In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your service at no extra cost.

6. Access & Safety

  • You must ensure safe and clear access to your property on the scheduled service day.
  • Pets must be secured for safety reasons.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unhygienic.

7. Service Warranty

We take pride in our workmanship. If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a return visit or fair resolution. However, we do not cover:

  • Pre-existing property damage
  • Natural wear and tear
  • Issues caused by third parties

8. Liability

We are fully insured for public liability. While we take care with every job, Nice Property Care is not liable for:

  • Damage due to poor property conditions or materials
  • Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or events beyond our control
  • Indirect or consequential loss

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your details without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
